When Sue Jacques and Ann Marsh met in the fall of 1999 they formed an immediate bond. From their very first conversation they recognized a deep understanding of shared values. Values like respect, integrity and authenticity.

Their initial discussions were all about change. Constructive changes in themselves ~ questionable changes in corporate culture ~ disheartening changes in the world. It was then that they realized they could be part of the problem or part of the solution. Choosing the latter, they stepped up to create a business built on a foundation of respect.

Influence came to fruition as a direct result of two individuals from completely different backgrounds with a common desire to positively impact the world. Believing that professionalism is fundamental to the success of individuals, communities and companies, the pair got to work. By weaving their expertise with their experiences and stories, Sue and Ann turned their purpose into a business.
