Ann Marsh believes in making a difference. Her 16 year management career with the Toronto Dominion Bank provided endless opportunities for her to experience the power of respect 'on both sides of the counter'. Finances have their own energy, and Ann observed that all too often money was the commodity receiving respect rather than people. That observation is what allowed Ann to keep her priorities straight, treating both her colleagues and clients with equal energy and respect.
